Oregon Trail Park is a large 68-acre multi-use complex in Gering featuring 16 ball fields of which six are lighted. It includes Oregon Trail Park Stadium home to the Western Nebraska Pioneers collegiate summer team, swimming pool, tennis courts, playground, soccer fields, and picnic areas. The park hosts youth leagues, Legion baseball, and summer collegiate games.
