South Side Little League is a 501(c)(3) non-profit and chartered member of Little League since 1955, serving as an integral part of the Chatham community. It is one of the oldest African-American little leagues in Chicago and operates purely as an in-house program with no travel teams. The league focuses on providing a safe space to learn fundamentals while building character and teaching life lessons. Practices and games are primarily held at Tuley Park.
