Hitter walks into the swing so the lower half stays live and the timing must adjust to the movement.

Objectives

Keep the lower half athletic while maintaining swing quality.

Coaching cues

Walk under control; land balanced; still drive the ball; stay connected.

Common errors

Over-striding; losing balance; changing the swing.

Steps
